From application to keys — the whole process, start to finish.
Browse the fleet, open the vehicle you want, and tap “Apply on Uber.” The application happens on Uber’s own marketplace.
When the vehicle is available, you receive an invitation to join the 513 fleet directly through Uber.
In the Uber app: Menu → Documents → View all documents → Background check. Follow the prompts for the Uber Black check.
Background check comes back approved, we review the full rental agreement together, and the vehicle is assigned. You're on the road.
Monday 12:00 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM. One flat weekly rent — no profit split, no percentage of your fares.

You pay
Simple and driver-friendly. If you drive with Uber, you’re most of the way there — and we never collect documents. Everything is done through the Uber app directly.
The vehicle, unlimited mileage, and maintenance 100% covered. You keep it clean and fueled; we keep it road-worthy and Black-eligible.
You start with a $500 security deposit — required on every vehicle. After that, rates are weekly, and your rental fee is deducted directly from your weekly Uber earnings inside the app — your earnings stay in the Uber app and there are no separate payments to make.
Nothing is required. You can optionally upload a photo of your driver's license with your inquiry to speed up approval — it's stored privately, used only for eligibility, and deleted on request. Everything else, including your fleet upgrade, happens through the Uber app directly.
The initial rental is 4 weeks. After that it continues week-to-week, and you can end it anytime with 7 days' notice.
Join it in 60 seconds. The moment that vehicle becomes available, you automatically get an email — and a text if you opted in. Then your account is upgraded through the Uber app directly.
Three vehicles are rent-to-own only: the 2021 Ford Expedition ×2 ($5,000 down + $1,000/week × 20 weeks), 2021 Lincoln Nautilus ×2 ($5,000 down + $1,100/week × 16 weeks, paid straight out of your Uber Black earnings), and 2019 Cadillac XTS ×2 ($2,000 down, then $500/week for 10 weeks or $400/week for 16). Flat payments, 0% APR, no bank, no credit hassle — you own your car in 5 months max. The main requirement is full-coverage insurance with us as additional insured and loss payee (we can also provide insurance for a fee, priced on your driving history); the rest of the terms are in the contract you review before signing. The entire weekly-rental fleet carries CVG airport stickers, as do the rent-to-own Expeditions and Nautilus (the XTS does not). Only about 10% of Uber Black vehicles in Cincinnati are airport authorized, and airport trips are where Black rates pay best — it's one of the biggest advantages of driving with us.
